A couple years back I bought a 35mm film camera from a classmate. I tried to use it once but couldn’t figure out what any of the dials on top did, the spool catch was broken so you have to tape the film to it, and I couldn’t afford to buy any film for it. I took a few pictures but gave up and left it to sit on a shelf collecting dust. Three apartments and one country later, I have decided to give it another try. This blog is the documentation of my journey learning how to use the camera and film.

The goal is not perfection, but growth.
